Privacy policy

This policy covers splithub.io, SplitHub Cloud and the emails we send. SplitHub (Praska 11/1, 05-825 Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Poland, [email protected]) is the controller for account data. For experiment events you send from your applications, you are the controller and we are the processor acting on your instructions.

What we collect

• Account data: email, name, password hash or Google identifier, the answers of the optional welcome questionnaire, notification preferences, billing records (handled by Stripe; we store amounts, dates and the Stripe identifiers, never card numbers).
• Experiment events sent by your applications: a random visitor id, a session id, experiment and variant keys, goal keys and optional properties, the page URL, and request metadata (country from the connection, device type and browser family). We do not collect IP addresses in events.
• Website usage: server logs with IP address and user agent for security, kept 30 days. The website sets no advertising cookies.

Why

To run the service you signed up for: authentication, computing results, alerts and digests you configured, AI reviews when your plan includes them (the review prompt contains aggregate numbers, never raw events or visitor ids), billing, and emails about experiments that start or finish. Each email type can be switched off in your profile; transactional emails about your account cannot.

Retention

Raw events: 30 days on Free, 90 days with packs or Pro. Daily aggregates and verdict snapshots: one year. Account data: until you delete the account, then 30 days. Billing records: as long as tax law requires.

Processors

Cloudflare (hosting, edge network, database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), OpenAI (AI reviews, aggregate numbers only, opt-in by plan), Google (optional sign-in). All are bound by data-processing terms.

Your rights

Access, correction, export and deletion of your account data from the profile page or by email. EU residents may complain to their supervisory authority. We answer requests within 30 days.

Changes

We update this page when practices change and email account holders about material changes.
